Good Information That is Easier to Apply to a Busy Lifestyle (4.0)

Not as mandatory and devoted compared to the BTFFTM e-book. Works well with someone who doesn't have the time to commit to a full time diet/excercise basis. Focuses on all the necessary and important aspects to a healthy and low-fat lifestyle. I recommend.

Solid Info (5.0)

Solid information concerning all aspects of weight/fat loss backed up by science/research not hype. Sounds simple, burn more calories daily than you consume. Combination of proper healthy diet and exercise. It will take time and effort but the results will be there.

Not a what to eat and how to exercise book (5.0)

Very well researched and written. This book offers a lot more than what to eat and how to exercise. It does include them but the main part of the book is about why we have a weight problem to begin with. It really opened my eyes to why I know what to eat but don't always do it. It helped me connect some of the dots to why I continue to reach a weight but can't ever seem to go below it. For years I have been able to reach a weight that is too heavy but not way over weight. I would like to lose another 20lbs. I reach this weight and can never seem to go below it and then I start to go back up. Then I lose it but still don't get to the weight I want to be. I thought my body just didn't want to go below this weight but now I realize it is my subconscious that is the problem. I know using the tools in this book will get me to the weight I want to be. It is great advice for other goals you have in your life. A lot of it can be applied to other areas in your life.

A great book everyone should read (5.0)

This book not only motivated me to learn how to get fit for life, it's also a great book for all aspects of life. Highly recommend everyone to read it.

This book is the real McCoy. It really is based on science and common sense. You will lose weight and you will learn how to keep it off. It won't necessarily be easy. it ay be slow, but it will happen. Go for it!
