picture misleading... (4.0)

my son loves the plushies... but i was expecting to get every plush in the picture. i had noticed that other reviewers had the same problem and i think i figured it out...... you get the entire regular plush in the series, and only ONE of the 3 limited edition plush (the christmas themed ones) i had called customer service and complained about how it was misleading advertising, they offered to try and reship.. but i talked them into a credit instead as i didnt want to have to receive another box of plush that was the same as the first. one bonus though that i did get, the plush came in an actual neopets sales display box that they would put on the shelf!

so please just be aware if you buy this series, you only get one of the 3 xmas plush with the rest of the series.

Missing pieces (4.0)

I ordered this package the other day, and 2 pieces shown in the photo were not included. I called had customer service contacted and they promptly had another one sent to me. when the package was opened a few moments ago I found out much to my dismay that the same 2 pieces were missing that were missing last time. The quiggle(frog on top) and Wocky(red cat first row right) shown in the picture did not come in the box. I am now going to try to contack customer support 1 more time to see if there is anything that can be done about this. if not I hope they change the picture before more orders are taken.

other then that the ones that showed up were fantastic. the toys themselves are great for the kids to play with and they use the codes online for a board game they have on the neopets site, so thier toys go on the web with them where they can play with other children on the neopets site, and the chat in the game is scripted so I don't have to worry about any language issues or any talk outside of the game(they have chat options like asking if someone wants to play again, or random nonsense options meant to be funny like"yarr!"

so in wraping up, great toy, just want to get whats shown instead of part of what I paid for.
