Nostalgia Only (3.0)

I agree with the first reviewer that this book is beautiful. The only problem is that it is almost impossible to make any of the projects in the book. Crepe paper is difficult if not impossible to find (I bought some online); and I didn't know that PRINTED crepe paper existed. I suppose you could download free graphic patterns to create some of the Halloween icons that are used in most of the crafts, but you're not going to find them just waiting for you at the nearest store.

Sure to warm the hearts of nostalgia buffs, but not for crafters or party planners. But it is BEAUTIFUL! I'm keeping mine just to thumb through the pages.

This little reprint is so fabulous! I always searched on ebay for the real thing but the cost was just too high for my wallet and then I found this: the exact same thing, brand new quality, and you don't have to worry about handling it with care because of the age. The print quality is great and the pages are sturdy. What more can you ask for? I will buy all the bogie books bramcost reprints. Bramcost, I love you!

Martha Stewart Holiday Collection (5.0)

This book has been so helpful in planning and making holiday meals. It can also be used for every day cooking, as well. This book does not need to be set on a shelf only to be used once or twice a year. Great book.

This had nothing I could use. The decorations were juvenile and the recipes could be obtained anywhere.

I loved this DVD. I have made so many of the recipes. It is very user-friendly on the computer, as well.

Easy to navigate and well thought out segments. Some will be duplicates because it is not possible to separate turkey, and stuffing, cooking tips.

What makes this series so good is this that is where Martha started out and where she excels so well. She not only describes her favorites and reveals her secrets; she also has guests with uniquely different ideas about the Thanksgiving meal.

Somehow she was able to miss my favorite cornbread stuffing. But we can't stuff everything on one DVD now can we. It is also interesting to see how easy Martha handles raw turkeys.
