good idea/bad design (1.0)

This was my first sunshower purchase. Used it once and gave it away. The top kept folding in and had to find sticks to place in between the rope, to keep it squared up. There wasn't any branches to hang the shower. Luckily, I had some extra poles with me and used two trees. Save your money and buy a free standing shower. Leave the trees alone.

I wish I would've paid more and got a better enclosure. It was tough finding a tree that had a good enough branch to support it. The top of the shower kept folding, so I never felt like there was much room. Next year I'll invest in a stand alone, slightly bigger enclosure.

Lineaaqua, low quality (1.0)

I bought a full steam shower for over 3k, not this smaller unit, but wanted to warn potential buyers that customer service is awful, but better than the abysmal product quality.

My unit required 3 deliveries to get to me in one piece, and even then I had to get several replacements for parts in the 3rd delivery. First unit went to another home site where it was opened, etc., then drop shipped direct to me months later -- carton open, parts missing. A quality company would have had it sent to factory first to ensure it was in new condition. It was not. Replacement arrived shattered, we would not sign for it. Next one arrived cracked and it took better part of two weeks to get company to agree to send new panels.

Drain is not US code, so you have to have a plumber who looks the other way on that stuff.

Shower now in use 6 mos, and floor pan (fiberglass) has delaminated, and stainless parts are rusty. shower head holder for handheld broke internally - cheap plastic parts.

I used to build boats, so I am very familiar with fiberglass and how you lay it up and repair it. A shower floor that delaminates after 6 mos of daily use is inexcusable.

The foot scrubber and back massager have such high water pressure that they cause pain and are unusuable. I'd return this in a heartbeat if I could. Avoid. They look fancy, but it's just another "made-in-China" piece of junk, in my opinion. The Denmark was the model I bought.
